You have to understand that this law doesn't only apply to teachers.
It's bus drivers, garbage truck drivers, nurses, mechanics, librarians and the county lineman.

It’s a little bit of both. I’ve already stated I do not think card check is necessarily the end of the union I believe unions add value to a job and people will realize that. However, allowing management types to continually analyze, the percentage of union members clearly shows that their intention is to some point break the union. There’s already the NLRB and decertification votes if those members do not want union representation.

I’m sorry it’s difficult to talk to some people with such low intellect. You offer nothing in the way of solutions, only talking points.
In any negotiation, you have to remember there’s two sides and there’s a good chance the side you’re fighting against has a lot more support, so you really have to come to the table with a good argument and facts and numbers. The vast majority of people in that state will not care about someone’s dues not being taken out of your check they will figure if they want to be in the union. They will find a way to pay them. On the other hand, you will have a lot more support from people who think management is harassing people in order to break the union and caused labor strife. It might be a good way to make the whole bill go away, since it seems like they may have jumped the shark.
Anything short of that is a waste of time and childish.

Two separate bills in Congress aim to increase pay for teachers nationally. See where educators are currently paid the most — and the least.
According the this CNBC article Florida has the 4th lowest pay for teachers. So I really don't think the teachers unions are out of control in Florida.

I like how you're shown a screenshot of a disgusting pornographic book being offered by a school library, and you still manage to deny reality.
The teacher's union is suing the state to overturn the law that got that book removed. You people that support that sick crap are going to screw all unions over.
