You smell that?
I posted the current on accident, but here is the new one
How does a full-time employee only have a 4 hour guarantee? I would vote no on that supplement just on that language alone.

Whoever negotiated that should be strung upHow does a full-time employee only have a 4 hour guarantee? I would vote no on that supplement just on that language alone.
Right , it’s only for the Saturday . It’s bs . And I guarantee they’ll still force our guys all year with that language , even tho the master says other wiseHow does a full-time employee only have a 4 hour guarantee? I would vote no on that supplement just on that language alone.
I asked my BA directly and he said that the no 6th punch language does not apply to peak, but also the peak window is shorter now.Because there aren’t any. It says you can’t be forced six days.
Unless you have a crappy supplement like upstate New York, ask your business agent where it says six punch language does not apply to peak?I asked my BA directly and he said that the no 6th punch language does not apply to peak, but also the peak window is shorter now.
We asked our ba and he said they cannot force full timers in on 6th punch on peak. Atlantic supplement fyi.Unless you have a crappy supplement like upstate New York, ask your business agent where it says six punch language does not apply to peak?

Sounds like our favorite driver from upstate New York negotiated that one. And he'd brag about getting his work done in 3.5 hours but still getting paid for 4.I posted the current on accident, but here is the new one
We're still working under the old contractDrivers with 25 years getting this , at 4:10 on a Wednesday ]
I’m on lunch . My manager can read that If he wantsWe're still working under the old contract

Nothing for him to do on Saturday anyway.Sounds like our favorite driver from upstate New York negotiated that one. And he'd brag about getting his work done in 3.5 hours but still getting paid for 4.
Actually, this language will supersede the supplement. But UPS will do as they please.Unless you have a crappy supplement like upstate New York, ask your business agent where it says six punch language does not apply to peak?

The Language ,shouldn’t even be there.Actually, this language will supersede the supplement. But UPS will do as they please.
A lot of things shouldn't. Doesn't matter- ups does as it pleases. The Language ,shouldn’t even be there.
There is no forced 6th punch, ever. Never was, you don’t have to come in they can’t do anything.I asked my BA directly and he said that the no 6th punch language does not apply to peak, but also the peak window is shorter now.
It never said you could be forced anywhere. Another one of those things we “won” in the contract, like eliminating 22.4’s (which was originally the unions idea) and no drug tests for part timers! Yay we wonUnless you have a crappy supplement like upstate New York, ask your business agent where it says six punch language does not apply to peak?
