Company is saying “good job on completing the part time air progression. But you now need to complete the full time air progression and start from The bottom.” I was getting yearly raises for air driving as a part timer because I was out of progression now I need to start all the way at the bottom. I made more money as a part timer. “You only need to go through full time progression once” company is using that line against me.
