George Floyd

People don't breath through their upper backs. If he was face up and a knee was on his actual larynx, you might have a point. I realize the anatomy and physiology isn't a string suit with people of your political leanings, so I can understand why you don't know how breathing works.
I’m not a medical expert but clearly you are.

So Doctor, why do your fellow Doctors all agree that Floyd died of asphyxiation but you know he didn’t? What information or insight did you not share with the courts?

No, its passing counterfeit bills. That was what the call was for, not theft. If the salesperson suspected the bill (20) was fake you don't take it and refuse the sale. If the purchaser leaves with the item (cigarettes in this case) then you have a shoplifting or theft of goods call to make. Passing conterfeit money is a federal crime, the FBI has jurisdiction.
Actually the Secret Service which is under the Treasury Dept.

Do you actually know anything about this case? It sure doesn't sound like it. I won't even bother correcting what you got wrong here.

There are four main vital signs: body temperature, blood pressure, pulse (heart rate), and breathing rate.

At least three of these signs could and should have been easily ascertained on scene, not to a clinical certainty but to the extent they knew the subdued need medical intervention.

The death and facts show that the police did not move in a ethical or moral manner and it was proven in a court of law that the officers acted outside of procedure.

The doctors must have known he was dead the second he got to the hospital, then. They must have been praying for a miracle for forty minutes, I guess.

Which doctor are you referring to? The one who had a pig's head left at the front door of his old house? Or the ones paid significant amounts of money to give a directed conclusion?

I love when people start there responses telling me why they are not qualified to have an opinion, or evaluate what their "experts" of choice say, then go on to tell me that I must be wrong. You people are very weird.

I'm not talking about his death, I never mentioned his death. I spoke of the officers explicit duty to call for medical attention.

You said a cop should know if a suspect is dying beneath his knee. Now you don't even know stuff you said just a little while ago. I'm sorry, I'm not interested in taking on the full.time job of correcting you. Did you miss the part about Chauvin releasing Floyd when the ambulance arrived? You didn't know they called for medical assistance? This is too much. You literally know nothing about this case.

I think you need to reread everything I've posted tonight.
You sound like a crazy chick drawing conclusions based on nothing one said.

I get it, you hate the guy. That is a given.
The police did not act correctly, that is basically all I have said.
Upon trial, with evidence offered and cross-examination of witnesses multiple juries have come to their individual conclusions.
The are wrong, you are right, I understand.

Ok psycho, you pretend I said things I never said. You get every basic fact about the case wrong, and I'm the crazy chick. Lol. Too much.

I sure did say that, I was speaking of his vital signs and the need for medical intervention. If a cop, a brother in blue was presenting in the same manner they would have called for medical intervention and certainly would not continue to hold him down until they arrived.

Your problem is you take the George Floyd thing personally, I don't.
I do look at it from the legal aspect, criminally and civil law.

I understand they called for medical assistance, the proper thing to do is not to keep holding the person down most likely making the situation worse.

Just tell me, you'd be more than happy to rub it in my face if you had it.
I've read your stuff.

Set me straight.

You can't do a two second Google search? I'm sorry to hear about your disability. I didn't feel the need to rub your face in it, but I guess you asked for it.

You said he didn't receive any goods for his counterfeit bill, so it wasn't theft. A two secomd Google search says: that's false.
He bought cigarettes, and the cashier accepted the bill because he thought Floyd was high. You have any other easily falsified facts you want me to.correct for you?

"Martin said he accepted the bill, despite a store policy that said the amount would be taken out of his paycheck, because he didn't believe Floyd knew it was counterfeit. He also said he hadn't been trained by Cup Foods to identify a counterfeit bill. The color of the bill made him suspicious that it was fake, he testified."

That's a lie. I take people lying about obvious things personally. But I guess I shouldn't since people seem to.be incapable of determining even basic, obvious truths.

I don't.
I do look at it from the legal aspect, criminally and civil law.

Uh -huh. It helps if you actually know the basic facts of the case.

Now would you like to put some other words in my mouth
