From Facebook: If YOU think we are ready to open the state back up because of your “rights” or “freedom,” you are sorely mistaken! YOU clearly haven’t witnessed the amounts of human beings dying or on the brink of death. I will gladly let you walk a day in my shoes and let you SEE and FEEL how haunting my job has become. When literally, my EYES, may be the last thing a patient may see bc everything else is covered. Your hair can WAIT. Your nails can WAIT. Your project can WAIT. Your (insert) can WAIT. I work at the busiest hospital in the STATE of Georgia and I can assure you this, our resources are growing slim....

What is so wrong with letting people decide for themselves what level of risk they are comfortable with? Focus resources on assisting the most vulnerable in staying away from others, encourage those who have the resources and inclination to go into seclusion to do so, and let everyone who is not in a high risk category do as they please, taking whatever precautions they feel necessary. There is still no scientifically supported justification for locking everyone and everything down. Common sense is dead, our economy is next, followed by millions upon millions of deaths from all of the rioting and arsons.

Much like the vaxxers, why should your reckless and irresponsible behavior negatively impact me?

Not anti science but we should be figuring out how to go forward in our daily lives with permanent changes as to how. No handshakes. Salon workers in gowns and masks like doctors from now on. Beaches and state parks with lower “capacities”

They should of never closed to begin with. We could of drastically cut the cost of this thing by not being so dishonest about it from the start. Changing risk groups age limits to 20-44 when young kids kept going out, showing Texas on maps in the same category as New York in infection rates.

It’s not an estimate that this is going to cause a lot of people to fall into poverty, it’s a certainty. So far the “experts” have been proven to be wrong and alarmists in their estimates used to call for a shut down.

You want a toe? I can get you a toe.
The findings suggest the fatality rate may be much lower than previously thought. But although the virus may be more widespread, the infection rate still falls far short of herd immunity that, absent a vaccine, would be key to return to normal life.
Which is the precise reason to let the young and healthy go about their business and get exposed. How else do we build herd immunity?

By staying home and leaving comments like “wow so cool they are taking this serious” on videos of third world governments beating their people for breaking lock down.

Your right. Why should it? You take the precautions you feel necessary, I'll take the precautions I feel necessary, we both win. Why should the collective delusions of the people around me, or the unprepared state of emergency services, negatively impact my liberty?

Abrams: Gov. Kemp Risks ‘Putting More Lives in Danger’ by Reopening Georgia

Danger she says—REAL danger is standing in front of the door of a Georgia Golden Coral having a casual conversation with a friend or family member when Stacy arrives for her daily feed.
