Getting back in

Hey All,
I was hired for what I thought was a Seasonal Driver, but turns out it was a Combination Driver and since center was under staffed for managers I found out too late I wasn't making book. So I got let go and was told I can try again in 6 months!? Question can I apply to another center in the same or adjacent state to get back in sooner or is that a global UPS rule? Thanks!

Doesn't hurt to ask the other center; take the initiative.

They did offer a loader position for way less and only part time hours.

You goofed up by not taking it, gaining seniority, and waiting for a job to open up.
