Bisbee, AZ is the largest town in America without home mail delivery. Which is kind of cool because everyone sees each other down at the Post Office, they have community bulletin boards set up. If the Post Office was smart they'd only have home delivery for the disabled and for those who pay a subscription to have their mail delivered. Otherwise people would have to go to the Post Office to get mail and let delivery companies worry about delivering to residences.
