Thinking about chili on the smoker/grill one night this week. A neighbor gave me some venison tenderloins (back strap).

I treated myself to a Traeger Wood Pellet Grill for Christmas. A little on the spendy side. But wholly sheet this thing produces some great food. Will blow any BBQ'ed food out of the water.

That's great to hear! My Christmas was very good....warmest Christmas I can remember, it was 52 degrees. Other than a dusting, haven't seen any of the white stuff yet....thank goodness!
