Was wondering if anyone can help me with this, is it possible to break up the 12 weeks for example if I wanted to take 2-3 when the baby is born and save the rest for when my wifes leave is over is that possible? I was told it needs to be taken all at once by a co-worker but none of my managers know. Thanks

Hell I've taken a helper and had them literally just sit in the jump seat the whole time. All because I was too light and didn't want to finish too early. Made my numbers plummet and management didn't say a word because they just needed to put the helper somewhere.
