Grill It Baby!

Just got home from my sister's (seven bedroom!) 'cabin'.

Big meal last night and plenty of good beer.

My wife made her smoked gouda mac and cheese, my brother's wife made a cheese cake, another couple brought a great three-bean salad and my BIL's buddy made a great cole slaw and a pan of chipotle corn bread.

My BIL, God bless him, smoked a 15 pound brisket!

The flat was awesome, and the burnt ends were better than drugs!

Its true they are high on the list of greens that turn brown the next day. good ruffage and be prepared to sit there a little while. Good pipe cleaning with a little burn depending on the hot sauce.
Dont forget a ham bone or sometimes a strip of bacon in the pot with the greens. Ive even heard a ham hock works good
