The web is LITTERED with predictions of specific events that were going to happen within specific timeframes and then never happened. Your MO is to call all dissenters "stupid" while you ignore decades and decades of failure by your side.

This statement proves that you are ignorant of what she said. What the reality is that she said that unless we slow down and begin reversing instead of increasing CO2 emissions, in 12 years it will be too late to stop the increase at a sustainable temp. But for the ignorant, it is just easier to say someone is wrong than to try to understand what she actually said. That you have it so wrong is a sign that you aren't really looking at things for yourself, and instead are just parroting others who use the topic to divide based on political agenda.
If you can't understand the difference for needing a change in 12 years to avert the worst vs only having 12 years to live, you are too slow to have anything remotely like a valid opinion. NO ONE ever said we only have 12 years to live. If you believe that someone said that, you are ignorant, and if you are repeating it, knowing that it is untrue, that would make you a liar. Either ignorant, or a liar- which is it?

And for you to claim that because one idiot on the 'web' said something wrong about global warming then everything claimed about global warming is wrong makes you one of the bigger litterers. Weather predictions based on specific events happening at specific times is impossible, but predictions based on CLIMATE have scientific backing. Seas are rising as predicted, global average temps continue to rise as predicted, the temp at the poles are rising FASTER than predicted, ocean temps are rising faster than predicted, especially at deeper levels. Animals are changing migration habits, insects that only survived in the tropics ARE surviving further and further north, glaciers around the globe are shrinking on AVERAGE faster than predicted, and scientist are seeing more and more of the predicted feedback loops starting- like CO2 being released from tundra that adds to what humans are producing. And those feedback loops are what makes doing something soon so important. If tundra 10-20-40 feet deep melts and releases more CO2 and methane, we just have to cut even more later, making it less and less likely that we will have any success in moderating temp rise.
You were serious, and dumb, to have mentioned that we could live in vast swaths of Alaska, Canada and Russia. You weren't even aware of what that would mean. It is just typical of deniers failing to think through what they believe.

You can go and check out the facts for yourself, like I do. I don't rely on Limbaugh and FOX news to be straight with facts- they are entertainment providers who get paid to be outrageous, and EVERYTHING they say is suspect. But you yourself can find the actual studies, tests, data, reference points, and historical information and make your own decision instead of counting on idiots on the web. But most idiots who rely on other idiots don't want to spend any time, and just prefer to repeat back what someone they like says, no mater how easy it is to check- like that claim by an idiot above saying the AOC said the world is ending in 11.5 years. She never said such a thing, yet idiots believe that she did, because FOX and Trump said so.
It the same as the claim that under the ACA they can't afford to see their doctor, when under the ACA, everyone, by law, can see their doctor once per year at least with no out of pocket, and no one has to apy their entire deductible before insurance pays anything. That is pure propaganda- fake news spread by the right, that is easily debunked simply by reading your plan's EOB, yet idiots believe it because FOX, Trump, and McConnell says so.

These aren't just random people making these predictions, they are scientists who are respected and taken seriously by your side. Then, when none of it pans out, you guys just look the other way. It's ok - we know you aren't capable of better.
You have a really bad habit of creating straw man arguments.
And the "The effects of this will manifest themselves in the form of [an observable, tangible phenomenon] by [insert date here]" statements... never come true. Never.
