And once the progressives hop on that train, watch the "science" change to fit the narrative! It's amazing how quickly it happens.
So a girl born with a penis is what, according to Dano?????????? Does it make her not a person because Dano doesn't like it???? And which bathroom should she use????? What her DNA says or her genitals?????? And that is only the most obvious flaw to your belief system. What if it is a mental difference, where a girl is born with a males brain pattern? Or vice versa???

Anyone who doesn't think like Dano is going straight to Hell. Remember, Jesus loves you, except when he doesn't.

Dear God: Please protect me from your followers.

DGO can already join the pilots' union, or any other union for that matter, they just can't do it on a facility-by-facility basis. Same as the pilots.

The RLA effectively makes it impossible for hourlies to organize. The pilots are a small workgroup with centralized locations and highly specialized, skilled jobs.

God hates sin, and you're sinning by lying, hating on the LGBTQ community, and being a hater in general.

You're the one who claimed that AOC said something she didn't say because you heard it on FOX. You really do need to ask yourself why you believed something so obviously incorrect. She did not say the world only has 12 years left. She said we only have 12 years left to do something about global warming that will keep it at a minimum. You hear half quotes ,even half quotes taken out of context, and believe whatever twist FOX tells you to believe. Your posts prove it.
She didn't say the world ends in 12 years. She said if we don't act now in 12 years it will be too late. But that's been said for decades now. Ask Al Gore how his predictions have turned out.

Its going to be interesting to see where this thing goes in the next few years, but at this time is appearing to be a big nothingburger. 100,000-150,000 pkgs/night, nationwide, in local markets that will be split off to ground. Maybe it picks up and maybe it stays the same. FDX has always had big plans and constantly under delivers on them. Is DGO going to suffer more than AGFS? Yes. Instead of couriers getting your 48-50 hours a week you will now get 40. Like every time this kind of stuff happens its all rumors and speculation. Have heard some pretty good ones too! Who is ready for their 100K buyout? LOL

And the reason this is different is because it’s been announced to the public. Investors will push for more and more “efficiencies”.

It's in local markets to start. The first phase is more or less a low-risk practice run to make sure the technology works, the logistics pan out, and a way to spot/fix anything that would be problematic on a larger scale. The plan is to eventually move all resi freight (minus the exceptions that have already been mentioned) that can make service from the origin ramp in the Ground network.

OT reduction is the immediate and most pressing concern.

I sprung the idea of a JB Hunt contractor model on my senior and he looked genuinely worried.

Fedex isn’t lying. Some resi are going to ground. It could be 20 total
And at the earnings report when a smart ass board member points that out, what do you think the reaction will be?
When you’re thinking about this whole scenario, you really need to remember exactly who Fred is looking to impress. It’s not Express drivers. It’s not Ground drivers or contractors. It’s not even customers. It’s Wall Street. End of story.

You have to remember if this doesn’t work, are you just going to go out of business ?
This could change your whole company for better or worst.
Wall Street is manipulated everyday , that’s a fact

No. This IS going to work. If I can’t make it work then I will be replaced. It really is that simple. Not sure why you keep thinking they will ever turn back.

What is intersex?
Intersex is a general term used for a variety of conditions in which a person is born with a reproductive or sexual anatomy that doesn’t seem to fit the typical definitions of female or male. For example, a person might be born appearing to be female on the outside, but having mostly male-typical anatomy on the inside. Or a person may be born with genitals that seem to be in-between the usual male and female types—for example, a girl may be born with a noticeably large clitoris, or lacking a vaginal opening, or a boy may be born with a notably small penis, or with a scrotum that is divided so that it has formed more like labia. Or a person may be born with mosaic genetics, so that some of her cells have XX chromosomes and some of them have XY.

Though we speak of intersex as an inborn condition, intersex anatomy doesn’t always show up at birth. Sometimes a person isn’t found to have intersex anatomy until she or he reaches the age of puberty, or finds himself an infertile adult, or dies of old age and is autopsied. Some people live and die with intersex anatomy without anyone (including themselves) ever knowing.

Which variations of sexual anatomy count as intersex? In practice, different people have different answers to that question. That’s not surprising, because intersex isn’t a discreet or natural category.

What does this mean? Intersex is a socially constructed category that reflects real biological variation. To better explain this, we can liken the sex spectrum to the color spectrum. There’s no question that in nature there are different wavelengths that translate into colors most of us see as red, blue, orange, yellow. But the decision to distinguish, say, between orange and red-orange is made only when we need it—like when we’re asking for a particular paint color. Sometimes social necessity leads us to make color distinctions that otherwise would seem incorrect or irrational, as, for instance, when we call certain people “black” or “white” when they’re not especially black or white as we would otherwise use the terms.

In the same way, nature presents us with sex anatomy spectrums. Breasts, penises, clitorises, scrotums, labia, gonads—all of these vary in size and shape and morphology. So-called “sex” chromosomes can vary quite a bit, too. But in human cultures, sex categories get simplified into male, female, and sometimes intersex, in order to simplify social interactions, express what we know and feel, and maintain order.

So nature doesn’t decide where the category of “male” ends and the category of “intersex” begins, or where the category of “intersex” ends and the category of “female” begins. Humans decide. Humans (today, typically doctors) decide how small a penis has to be, or how unusual a combination of parts has to be, before it counts as intersex. Humans decide whether a person with XXY chromosomes or XY chromosomes and androgen insensitivity will count as intersex.

In our work, we find that doctors’ opinions about what should count as “intersex” vary substantially. Some think you have to have “ambiguous genitalia” to count as intersex, even if your inside is mostly of one sex and your outside is mostly of another. Some think your brain has to be exposed to an unusual mix of hormones prenatally to count as intersex—so that even if you’re born with atypical genitalia, you’re not intersex unless your brain experienced atypical development. And some think you have to have both ovarian and testicular tissue to count as intersex.

Rather than trying to play a semantic game that never ends, we at ISNA take a pragmatic approach to the question of who counts as intersex. We work to build a world free of shame, secrecy, and unwanted genital surgeries for anyone born with what someone believes to be non-standard sexual anatomy.

By the way, because some forms of intersex signal underlying metabolic concerns, a person who thinks she or he might be intersex should seek a diagnosis and find out if she or he needs professional healthcare.

The same reasons that Amazon just fired their delivery partners.
FedEx delivers the “World on time “and has a standard and reputation as such.
Like it or not ground drivers best day at working there is the day they quit. There’s no future for them there, it’s a job between jobs.
To put a majority of freight in an unstable situation with no stability could affect the face of the company.
Ask yourself how this will affect express, will it now be a revolving door attracting a low level work force ? People don’t want non career jobs.
With Amazon making a run at the industry and maybe delivering more than just their product. If they succeed, Fedex could slip to number three.
FedEx better be careful
