Here comes the BIDEN train choooo chooooo. Moderate DEM is Trump nightmare. He so worried he got Impeached over his fear of BIDEN.The truth is that many people who will vote for Trump do not like him as a person or his antics-However his policies are much better then any Democrat now running. When I hear every Democrat pledge that they want to give free education, free medical and free housing to people who have invaded our country illegally. I will hold my nose and vote for Trump
I'm glad you are exploring your European heritage.Worried? I’m not. Not in the least. I’ll do well no matter who wins. I think Trump is a horrible person and a terrible president and he’s been kept in office only by a corrupt political system, but those are my own preferences. I’ll be fine no matter what and the rest of you miserable nut sacks can swing in the wind as far as I’m concerned. If I’m being completely honest, it brings a shottenfreude smile to my face just thinking about it.
What makes you think the money will be there? All if the money is there and they see what happens to the ISP who neglects the service.
The contractors on here are completely confident that they will always have an abundant supply of manpower readily available and sufficient to meet the increased manpower requirements that X is going to hand to them. We'll see what happens. What makes you think the money will be there?
I think Ground contractors should take a lesson from what's been done to the Express employees. Everyone is is replaceable in this company. That carrot will forever remain a carrot. The contractors on here are completely confident that they will always have an abundant supply of manpower readily available and sufficient to meet the increased manpower requirements that X is going to hand to them. The money will be somewhere. There’s money for the actual deliveries and there’s also the money that is in the value of the contracts. You really think contractors are going to risk millions in equity for failure to meet commit times? What makes you think the money will be there?
Lol. You aren’t paying attention. Because it has to work. Because even if the only money they save is on benefits, that’s a lot of money. They’ll probably save a lot more. Even if the average Ground driver has to go to $20/hr, that’s still huge savings for Express. What makes you think the money will be there?
We’ve been preaching that for years. Nice to see you’re catching up.I think Ground contractors should take a lesson from what's been done to the Express employees. Everyone is is replaceable in this company. That carrot will forever remain a carrot.
Except my exit plan doesn't involve $ I've invested. It's a good feeling when you can just walk away and be better off for it.We’ve been preaching that for years. Nice to see you’re catching up.
Value in the contracts? Better go take a look at the broker boards. !0 new contracts came up yesterday on the board I follow. Want to know how many were asking for volume?........1.The money will be somewhere. There’s money for the actual deliveries and there’s also the money that is in the value of the contracts. Cool story. Contracts are selling very quickly around here. If Express is fully incorporated into Ground do you really think the contracts will decrease in value? We are looking at massive growth over the coming years just with Ground. Contractors will have plenty of incentives to deliver NDA on time when it comes to that.Value in the contracts? You sound about as convincing as some junior high school class president who’s spearheading a campaign against the cafeteria’s cooks.Contractors will have plenty of incentives to deliver NDA on time when it comes to that.
The pu side and RLA throws a wrench into that theory.dont think NDA will ever come to ground likely they will just pull a hiring freeze/retire most of express and express will be a part time service doing NDA only while ground does the rest.
ex saves money on benifits and liabilities while still keeping the service.
We’ll see if you can handle the heat since you’ve barely stepped into the kitchen.Worried? I’m not. Not in the least. I’ll do well no matter who wins. Anything flown that is transferred to ground negates the RLA. It doesn't take a court order to determine the status. If a Democrat wins the presidency, FedEx will lose that protection.PU statics can be done by ground the same way they have been with pretty much no issues. Call ins on the other hand not sure policy change maybe?
RLA wouldn't be a factor as once the system is set up for splitting express to ground adding in is simple and quick. if someone takes ex to court over RLA by the time the case is settled express would be a part time service and have no teeth for a union,
