Guess RPCD pay progression for new contract

I'm currently an RPCD. And my "suggestion" amounts to a 25% pay raise and a shortened progression. Not exactly ridiculous IMHO.

21 years ago-- 2001. And I paid around 20k-21k ( maybe a little more) for a top of the line 4 x 4 pickup then. My wifes 2000 VW Passat was about 18k-19k.

It varies by center, but centers that aren't converting 22.4 drivers to rpcd, that scale wouldn't even apply.
