My dislike for him as a miserable human being most of the time, does not mean I thought he really should’ve went to jail.
From a talent perspective I always looked at AB as more of an A-hole than an A-list. Always seemed to show up in just about every production and not that good of a performer.
In his trial however you have to remember that building a case against a defendant and creating a case against a defendant are not the same thing. And on the basis of what is known publicly it would appear that the judge saw way too much case creation on the part of the prosecution. Moreover, if the DA has any plans to seek higher office I think he can forget about that now.
