I have asked my steward and he says he hasn't heard anything asked a steward from another location and he said everything's settled just waiting on the company to implement it.

I’d say the steward from another location is misinformed.

If your able to attend a local meeting you should. Get involved, being informed is smart. You starting this thread is a step in the right direction! Asking questions is a good thing, don’t get discouraged.
