Should these individuals be treated as second class citizens? Nature chose for them to be intersex. Families chose what the baby will be classified as. I don’t see why it’s a government’s place to tell a family later that the family can’t also decide with the child and doctor that the child is in fact trans if that’s what their decision is.

The governor of Arkansas recently signed legislation where she did away with language that diminished women. Your side tried to make everything ambiguous by referring to women as birthing persons in their state regulations and other silliness. You are purposely trying to blur the line between the sexes instead of admitting to biological reality.
