It’s because black problem were segregated and red lined for a generation
A generation is generally considered 20-25 years. Went on longer than that. But the fact remains most blacks, whites, Hispanics, Asians, Native Americans, Polynesians, etc prefer to live in areas where there are more people like them. Part of DEI is diversity. It's the forced mixing of people to try to end cultural differences.

that was a few years compared to almost 500. We’re talking generations upon generations, and like I said, a civil war being fought over the right to enslave them
yep.... and now is over..... that history will never change. Does that mean that systemic racism will never end because of the past? And if it can, just how long does it take to move forward from that point?

So you're saying that behavior can be encoded into DNA with enough time? Then how do you plan to change things in one generation by enacting policies to counter 500 years of encoding?

What's an acceptable wave these days? Elbow bent at a 90 degree angle with left and right arm motions? Arm pulled into the body with a little wrist action?
I hope you’re joking getting sort of silly.

I get it with the Elon chest pop and throw it thing but the Bannon wave is similar to how I'd wave to a crowd. Educate me on the proper form, @Doublestandards .

Is it any of these?

Folk all upset, having the vapors over GOP arm movements are the same ones who never seem to mind arm movements like this:
