That is a disingenuous misdirection. I said he called the guy a pedophile, with how lax US law and how much money Elon has doesn’t surprise me he won this lawsuit.

I’d say it’s also stupid to say the jury didn’t agree with me.. it’s clear as day Elon called the guy a pedophile, he did it on social media broadcasted to everyone. What isn’t clear is if it meets the legal requirements for defamation case in America, in Britain Elon would have more than likely lost this case.

How does a court case matter?
Why do you people turn to courts over being the judge of morality? We are not discussing legality of his actions at all, legal doesn’t always = moral.
The guy isn’t a pedophile as far as I’m aware, maybe you have some proof? Or do you not understand that Elon lied about that and think he told the truth just because his lies didn’t meet the legal requirement of defamation in America?
