HELP!! My package seems to be going around in circles!

Hi I have been waiting and waiting to no avail. I contacted UPS and they said my package was lost. Following a day of searching my package was on the move again. The problem is it is just going back and forth between Oakland and San Pablo and San Ramon. I live about an hour from each of those places, it appears to just be going in circles around me. Is my package ever going to come? It is a week late and I need to know if I need to take some action or simply wait longer. Thanks in advance for the help!!

Warranty repair?

I had to send off a laptop for warranty repair. They told me to mark the box with the RMA number on 3-4 sides.
When I got the laptop back, it came via Fedex, but the UPS label was still intact with the Fedex delivery label, maybe 1/4 the size . So, I'm thinking Double label as well.

2012 was 11 years ago.. Time is flying.

Delivery/when I said shift key,I meant the one directly above the alpha/numeric key.We were told years ago that scanning pickup pkgs was not necessary,but
I still do it for cell phones and laptops or any HV pkg.I actually cut off those old labels.

Half the guys scan at pickup half don’t, personally I scan everything I pickup.
