There won't even be a trial, it was a recommendation to the FBI to investigate. The FBI gave congress the info to start with, so I don't think they'll be doing much based on the recommendation.

What justice? It was and is a farce and the guy he got rid of didn't even conduct a proper investigation of Hillary. Not to mention it was Trump's right to fire Comey so how could he be obstructing anything?
