Fabricated quotes aside, what connection if any does Sanger share with the earlier American Birth Control League and its board member Lothrop Stoddard?

Birds of a feather.... quite possibly. Seems to me that Sanger at best simply didn't reject the racists that supported eugenics, because they could be used to further her goals. Her speeches to the KKK go to show that she was certainly an opportunist.
Also a racist who promoted abortions as a way to get rid of people of African-American decent. And people still praise her and her works?

It's amazing in this day and age of many forms of birth control that some people still look at abortions as just a women's healthcare and birth control.
