They are maintained on the Local level I believe?

I'm betting my Local has far less than half of our membership's current phone numbers and email addresses.

When only 20% bother to vote, what would lead us to think that they would keep their vitals up date with the Local?

Home addresses are easier to obtain through periodic mailings, with return service requested.
