I added physical gold and silver to my portfolio awhile back. 22oz of gold and 100oz of silver. All in ounce coin form.

The 1965 through 1970 half dollars sre 40% silver.
But you are unlikely find a 1970 half dollar in circulation because there's only made in special mint sets

Yes, I have been accumulating too over the years, about 50/50 silver coins and rounds and bars. i still debating which is best. If things really go to heck, i don't know which be better to have.
