actually the cops will send to you jail and probably beat you less than american cops. they probably fund their court systems better than america as well, so people arent just pleading guilty for no reason. plus the other countries recidivism rates is likely lower than america's too.
when they were burning down buildings maybe they learned it from US govt forgien policy? ditto for the harm to other people and disrespect.
