In 2025 our current lower tax rate will sunset.

Our 401k is pretty basic…mrs. Cold has many more option on hers…and historically hers has made more money overall even though we have less in that 401k.

Talked to a RE guy today that said affordable housing model being tested has 580sq ft space for sale for 52k. Cannot make more than AGI 70k. Can sell and get back your $ with 2% bonus per year. Cannot sublease or airbnb. Total capture.

Compounding is crazy awesome if you can get started early and just put in a little every check until 65…it’s actually scary how fast it can grow
