How does one get the $24.50-$27 pay raise?

I'm gonna give the poster the benefit of the doubt and assume maybe he meant 14.50 to 17. At the hub where I work we all just got a bump from 14.50 to 17(or 18 if night or pre load) and they eliminated the 100 a week attendance bonus which was only for the first 9 months.

You have to not join the union and avoid filing grievances for two years, then you get the raise

Cash bonus if you come in early to work off the clock or scab someone else's job before they get in to reduce their hours

The poster most likely is referring to the CACH bonus which the new hires currently get 24.50 - 27.00 based on a 20 hour work week.
