What’s in this “sole solution??”

It's very simple.
16 oz mason jar. Full a quarter of it with Himalayan salt. Fill the rest with water. Shake, let rest, repeat for 24 hours.
Then add 1/8th teaspoon to 8 oz of water. It really makes a difference.

I went through at least two gallons of water during the Summer. No soft drinks and maybe one Gatorade. I would usually freeze a couple of Nalgene bottles the night before and maybe throw some fruit in for flavor. I had ice all day.

I was at about 1 gallon most summer days but in extreme heat it was more like 2 gallons.

I get my A1c and fasting glucose tested annually and I’m perfectly healthy in that regard. Not denying I’m a sugar addict though!

A gallon a day usually. It’s been a mild summer so I’ve been feeling pretty good. On a particularly hot day I’ll throw in a liquid IV. Sometimes still get a headache by the end of the day but during the summer I almost never pee during the day and when I do it’s near brown. I can never seem to maintain proper hydration even if I drink to the point of wanting to puke.
