Has anyone ever failed the road test?
Hans Gruber did. The mother of all road test fails. Man of legend in these parts. Don't know what happened to him?

Not necessarily—-a lesser seniority hourly who may have wanted that same job may choose to not sign if he sees that someone with higher seniority has also signed it. He/she has no idea if you really want that job or are just signing random bid sheets “just in case”.
I am usually one of the bottom 5 on the list. I am currently on the very bottom.

They should but many see it as a waste of time if a higher seniority person has already signed it.
If I had had that mentality I wouldn't have signed the feeder bid list due to 5 guys with higher seniority than me had already signed it and I still be slinging cardboard in the heat instead of sitting on my ass in the a/c.........Sign the bids people.

I got a 1% on my road test. Because I yelled at the intersection. There was an elderly lady in the crosswalk and I yelled “get the ef out of the way”. It was an overwhelming pass.
