Wait! What?

They don't think you look like a doper?

When did I say impossible? You may prefer the column but I would take the floor if I had the choice.

I haven't driven a column shift since the early 70's, and I never said I preferred it. You stated it was a pain in the butt. I really don't see any difference.

Right now, my daily driver is the first automatic I've had since about 1972. Everything since has been a 4 or 5 speed on the floor.

Oh, and I just remembered the 1949, flathead, 3sp column shift Ford pickup that was basically my personal work truck at one job.

All my Parents owned at the time were stick.
Took my behind the wheel test in one.
Good place to practice might be an empty mall parking lot.
Seems to be quite a few nowadays...

Wish UPS would buy some manuals again. Eaton Fuller 5&6 speeds are easy trannies to learn. They could go in the 24ft Vans atleast.

The bid sheets look totally different and was just wondering what qualifications might differ as well.

Me too this thing was a 4 stoke took all the guts out of the muffler you could hear that thing thumping a block a way

My brother had an XL 125 when I first had my KL 250.

I was picking up from a snowmobile/motorcycle distributor at the time, and got him a Vance and Hines exhaust for it.

Shoulda been illegal as loud as it was.
