No. Just the way people are treated in general. The hourly/management relationship is not as toxic as it is at UPS. Management isn’t constantly looking for ways to fire people.
They don’t need to look for ways to fire people. They quit constantly.

Fedex managers don’t check seatbelts or bulkhead doors or follow you around in their personal vehicles because, guess what, those things don’t help productivity.

They also offer zero incentive to retain good drivers because they don’t need quality drivers for short term profits. They need an ass in a seat that won’t complain about low stagnant wages and having to use their own phone with RoadWarrior to do their job and having zero recourse when they get :censored2:ed over by management.
