That's how the appellate system works. If the 3 judge panel disagreed they would have ruled in Trumps favor and the ban would be back in place. They upheld the judge's decision and it moves on to the full court.

The original judge denied the emergency stay. Justice Dept will present their full case Monday and it will proceed from there.

The appellate court merely didn't overturn the decision on the emergency stay.

Using that standard neither was his daddy, or Reagan for that matter. Come to think of it the Republican party hasn't had a conservative president for... well, modern history. So the real question is, who's definition of "conservative" is wrong? Yours, or the Republican Party's? Maybe what you want to believe conservative means is actually something totally different.

Just heard on the local police dept radio .
I concern citizen reported that they were behind a Honda that was unable to stay within marked lanes . When the police stopped the Honda all the driver had to show for a driver's license was an id from Guatemala . The operator will be charged with a Chapter 90-10 ,with more charges to follow , which is a criminal charge for unlicensed operation of a Motor Vehicle .
The Honda is being towed and the towing company is being told not to release the vehicle without their ok .
Isn't America a great place .
