Mexico has set aside funds to help its citizens fight deportations from the USA .
Many at a recent meeting stated that they would rather be detained for months or years then returning to their homeland .

So if they want to be detained , I'm sure the gov't can find a couple of isolated old military bases in which to hold them .
Places where there is nothing for them to do , no communication with the outside world and survival is up to them . Much like a regular Mexican prison .
Basically telling them they will be stuck there until they sign off that they willingly wish to go back to their homeland .

Heard an interesting story on the radio about the Statue of Liberty that everyone associates with Freedom and immigrants dreams. Apparently when the statue was dedicated in 1886 the United States had a total ban on Chinese immigrants. The were NOT allowed in. Also in 1886 women didn't even have the right to vote. So much for that great icon of freedom.

Saudi Arabia ‘deports 40,000 Pakistani workers over terror fears'
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has expelled almost 40,000 Pakistani migrant workers in the last four months, local media has reported.
Over 39,000 people have been deported since October 2016 over visa violations and security concerns, the Saudi Gazette reported, citing unnamed interior ministry officials. As well as crimes including drug trafficking, forgery and theft, an unknown number of those removed from the country were suspected to have links to Isis and other extremist groups, the paper said.
Well look at that a Muslim country expelling other Muslims .

Mexican presidential hopeful Andres Manuel López Obrador held a mass rally in Los Angeles on Sunday to criticize American President Donald J. Trump’s plans to build a wall across the U.S.-Mexico border.
Lopez Obrador also whipped up the crowd by insisting that he would spearhead a move in the United Nations to file human rights violations against the United States.
“Neither the United States nor the American continent come first. What comes first is to build here on this earth the kingdom of justice and universal brotherhood,”López Obrador concluded.
Yet said nothing about fighting against all the mass killings in Mexico .
