Name one other country that has done more to advance humanity in terms of freedom or technology? It has its warts but you guys are always convinced that it's evil incarnate. Always continue to pursue a better life for everyone but that starts with opportunity and hard work, not utopian fantasies and something for nothing.

Advancing humanity in your description seems to be a blood sacrifice. Labor rendered without being able to fully convert generated energy trends towards nothing. (There is no you guys, this is just observation of history)

Is that where we're at today? Seems to me that anyone with enough drive in this country can achieve a decent life. A decent life does not mean you'll get a mansion, a hot car, a hot spouse, etc. It means you can survive with dignity. A roof over your head, food to eat, clothes to wear. Beyond that you are only limited by your own ability. You aren't owed luxury.

A decent life does not mean you'll get a mansion, a hot car, a hot spouse, etc. It means you can survive with dignity. A roof over your head, food to eat, clothes to wear. Beyond that you are only limited by your own ability. You aren't owed luxury.

again there is a process for immigrants to come here legally.
and again those poor are under the boot because they came here willingly.
and guess what poor in america is clearly much better than poor in their home country or they would be coming here.

Previous administration was ignoring the devastation in western North Carolina while saying they were getting everything they need. Same administration that said the border was secure. It's a matter of priorities and this administration is putting Americans first. What a breath of fresh air.
