Because us liberals love masks, mandates and closed businesses. We also hate schools and loathe churches.

I do loathe churches. False promises and child molesters.
I masked too. Still have some leftover KN95s. But I feel like lessons were probably learned the first time around and there are things that we as a society shouldn't repeat.

This statement was not true, as Fauci’s own statements later made clear. But even worse, Fauci was treating criticism of his policies as attacks on science.
In a sense, Fauci was embracing the Fallacy of Authority, and it was a strategy adopted by others.
