I don’t know about shameful Although there are some situations where it’s inconvenient, but I think it was around 2013 When team Care took over many places. I’ve never had a problem with it and it’s the gold standard of insurance. I don’t think I’ve ever went a whole week in my career not at least having a punch. And if you’re going to be off that long, there’s other way to make sure you keep your insurance.

We are in the Central States and all the sudden they are saying the (Union ) we now have tonwork 4 days a week instead of 1 day ,and saying theur is Amendment about this topic ! Does anyone have any input on this. Thank You.
I don’t think that is accurate. They have tried to mandate 3/4 punches here as well with similar tactics. At the end of the day, UPS makes a $500 plus contribution to Teamcare when you punch in. Is it unreasonable that they get a return on that investment by getting people to work a few days more?

In the past if they hadn't worked you all week no way they would bring you in on Friday no matter how bad they needed someone.
