My brothers first and only tat is about 10 inches long all down his forearm. I mean that's just stupid.

Seems to be a lot more lax in the cities. I have a driver that lives down the road from me that has to wear pants and long sleeves all year long.

I agree that it was stupid. At the time I was 17, went against my parents advice (thought I knew it all). I was a good example of a bad example. I get what you are all saying. Trust me.

If the makeup doesn't hold up I've seen guys use ace bandages or prewrap or bandaids. Depending on the size of the tattoos.
When I started working here, you rarely seen anyone with tattoos. Most of them were older military guys and nobody ever said a word about them.
I guess there is a difference between the good cover up and the cheap stuff. That's why I mentioned Sephora. That's what the guys use here.

Yeah tattoos are becoming a lot more common. I mean I get it they freaking art now. It's amazing what they can do.
Who knows how it'll go down but if my kids want one the only things I'll stress is location.

File a grievance for harrassment and intimidation so that if other issue arise down the road you have documentation of these events. Having it on paper will give it weight at a panel hearing unlike just saying your sup dud this this and this months ago. Do it file I urge you
