Garland has handed off the investigation to a Jack Smith as the special prosecutor.
If it's shown by the evidence that the FBI knew about the incursion before it happened and didn't tell anybody, and or actually encouraged it,(which they did) that blows up the whole Justice Department. I don't get why he handed it off.
All the January 6 committee had to do his hand over what they have to Garland, and then FBI goes through and says, what's indictable? But he didn't. He hands it off.
The January 6 committee in the House has operated for 18 months. 18 months. Leaked everything. Convicted, condemned Donald Trump. Unreal. Nothing. But, we need more time.
The Mar-a-Lago documents thing. It's not hard. If you have something, for the love God, show it.
That would take 2 minutes. They know what they took. Garland knows what they have.

what the republican house should do is send a criminal referral for epps as a coconspirator and force the FBi to either admit he was working for them or arrest him as another nut job rioter.
