They would still need to appeal and have it heard in other courts. No possibility of a fair trial in DC.
One judge just denied a defendant more time to see the videos just released while admitting they had a good argument for the delay.
Hurry up and convict while they can after dragging their feet for 2 years with many of the accused held in jail without being convicted of anything.
