No. Package and feeder on road sup are the same pay grade. You're managing FT union employees in both positions. However, 2 individuals in that grade can vary quite a bit.

The training at Integrad. 0700-1815 Mon/Tue, 0700-1745 Wed/Thu, and 0700-1200 on Friday. 45 (counting 1 hr lunch Mon-Thu). Easy peasy.
