In the Districts yes ... but there are exceptions.90k+ a year not including bonus. I know they are the highest paid of the full time supervisors.
The range for new on road supervisors is 59,000-82,000 depending on area, education, and experience. This is salary only, not counting MIP and other benefits
There is no set starting Salary for an ORS. They starting rate is going vary Greatly depending on how long they have been working at UPS, there current yearly pay, there education, ETC. It's also up for negotiation. A casual promoted to an ORS or Pt Management will make a lot less than a FT driver went into management.
All dependent on the area and cost of living. I make more here than in Minny
