I walked by the break room this morning and it was completely stocked, and then I realized many of the feeder drivers have not been to work yet. The honey buns and the Cheetos will all be gone by tonight, sticky fingered feeder drivers, with cheeto dust all over their shirt.
Sounds like you're wishing that you could handle driving a tractor-trailer. I guess we will leave that to the men. Lol.

This part I just don't understand, that is a little over 3 weeks and there won't be any negotiations at all. Just seems crazy to me.
We don't want a pushover for a leader....we have a guy fighting to right the wrongs of past administration PLUS get us the extra WE DESERVE. Or do you want him to be a chump with no backbone and have all of us continue to get run over & trampled?

Company has known for more than a year now what was coming and things would be different this time around. They were told 8/1 things MUST BE IN PLACE. So that means a solid contract needed to be put together by today so it can have ample time to be constructed and presented to membership for vote PRIOR to deadline.

UPS evidently jerked around too long (no surprise) and so this is where we are and what it's come to.

I personally don't want anymore extensions granted and working under one to give them more time to think it over, now we give them all they can handle. And screw the retro check game....that's all silly BS and like a "forced savings". You are not getting anything extra that you didn't earn and work for.

Yea it’s really weird. A part of me still feels they should present it and see what the members say. If the first offer was 50cents or whatever and they made “significant” increases as they say then why don’t we decide.

I do think they will still negotiate though

I think they will also, them not giving a last, best, and final offer leaves them an out to come back to the table.
