I'm curious to see how this ends up...what are the charges they have against ups if you don't mind me asking

I don't know the details, but I'll try to find out. As it was described to me, the local thought ups illegally banned our ba, even if for 2 weeks. They've pushed it on restrictions of the ba access after the 2 weeks too. Probably more charges there.
The more the merrier to go after bully management.
