Here's a question, what do I tell the lunch skippers that come in at the end of the day and tell OMS to add an hour of lunch to their timecard, then go home?

We only have half an hour and I'm pretty sure most of us skipped at least some of it. Peak is a different animal. Not because of trying to attain the numbers, just trying to survive it.

Take your full lunch even during peak and you will be amazed how quickly they lighten your load. Work max hours and make $$$$ NEVER skip lunch.

Call that 800 number and report this and sit back and wait for heads to roll. Falsifying time cards has gotten many a supervisor fired. Good riddance.
