Take in enough calories and protein.Ok, in all seriousness. This is my 4th peak season at UPS as a driver but first year body building. I gained 25 lbs in muscle this year and don't want to lose it. Any tips from any body builders to maintain?

By no means is it a bad snack. It's not a bodybuilders snack though.
Also hard boiled eggs are easy to eat on the go. You can eat just the whites if you like. Have you heard of liquid flavored egg whites?Ok, in all seriousness.
