Impersonating law enforcement is felony. Airlines can't disclose passenger/info to anyone who didn't buy the ticket or don't have the booking number.

Back in the 70's, did not have TSA. Someone else purchased the tickets, and they were at the ticket counter for us to pick up, so tickets were in his name but for us. The good old days.
