I thought about asking this in a poll question: How many of you reinvest your dividends with the same company or use them to buy other stocks or just take the money and run?

As long as their hypos made it through the 2008-2009 recession.
Many I know lost as much as half their stock.

No worries....debt fully paid off and growing positive now. That hypo stuff was our way to get 13 buildings, rent them and hold them 'til they doubled in value.
