Think of it as Dish TV, (it's a lot better than Direct) with an infinite amount of channels. We live on ...say channel 136. All of those other channels are there also but we can't see them because we don't have a remote.

There's a channel where the Allies lost WWII. A channel where the Cuban Missile Crisis resulted in WW III. A channel where the Europeans decided to merge their civilization with the Native Americans, not stamp it out.

And a channel where UPS has really smart, caring, supportive supervisors.

Now if I could just find that remote.

well i had to upgrade the mailbox with a nice larger one that was freecycled to me ($ nice standard cast aluminum suburbian type)

didn't come with #s, so I went to wally world & got a sheet of mailbox #s...



I only needed 4 numbers (2 on each side of the box)...

... and one of my pet peeves about this job is having an unlabeled house or mailbox #...

so, I told the neighborhood kids to go around the block and slap those cooresponding numbers to unlabled mailboxes

now, I shouldn't hear any complaints in my neighborhood about not finding any addresses
