Let's see if they are really doing that. It's Kansas. Not a hotbed of labor friendly liberalism gone wild.
Better luck having Bernie put it front and center.I did say "states" didn't I?

Maybe so. However, there's many other issues that affect morale. You've learned the corporate tap dance as well. It's all relative. They are happier doing 75 stops than 105. Not that hard to figure out.
Call the dance whatever you want. I still go home with the prom queen.Maybe so. However, there's many other issues that affect morale. You've learned the corporate tap dance as well.
Is that what you call Fred S?Call the dance whatever you want. I still go home with the prom queen.
No. The settlement check. Is that what you call Fred S?![]()
What I have been saying all along is that it cuts across many industries. Not only is it not about only X, it's about contracting in general. That in mind, there is huge corporate money at stake as well as governments that benefit from contracting out jobs. How you think all that makes going after X easier trule baffles me.Many other states are moving forward, this isn't about just X. It is an industry wide issue, you did know that, right?
And we were talking about morale by the way. Once again, nice tap dance.No. The settlement check.
It all comes down to money otherwise it wouldn't be what they call a "job".And we were talking about morale by the way. Once again, nice tap dance.
Thanks for letting us all in on that one Captain Obvious. It all comes down to money otherwise it wouldn't be what they call a "job".

bingo..your finally coming around.:Well you've probablet each an even one of.them which makes you an Internet expert.
Of course they do.I don't think anyone is going after X, I think that states are adopting more definitive tests. There are cases out there besides X cases, that are changing or singling a test to define status. You keep going government, do they have state tax ramifications? Good homework assignment for ya.![]()
Butt kissers? You do that for a living. Hell, MT3 can barely sit down these days.
And business such as uber and lyft are finding out that it's not as simple as labeling its workers as contractors.
And maybe they're not.Maybe it's because their drivers are contractors in every sense of the word.
And maybe they're not.
