i hear ya, but i also commented on american culture more broadly which is partly wild west shoot em up, and partly a market culture which pushes out non market values like love and justice.

i just assume wally is talking about blacks when he talks about "looting". so i am going to comment on one aspect of their culture which is rap music, and american culture more broadly which is one of violence, spiritual black out, and capitalism

i also assume he is not talking about wall st looting, which is very real.

Adult criminals are more predictable and less wreckless than a teen. You never know what those little dumb s are capable of and they can often be irrational or straight up delusional with what they can get away with.

Interesting how you skipped over the juvenile justice system.......and how it promotes literally "getting away" with equal crimes just because they are juveniles. Yes, the juveniles receive some level of punishment(whatever that means) but rarely to the level of an adult.
